I made some pate today with some organic chicken livers that I found in the new organic shop in town. Pretty exciting because I have been looking for organic offal for a while and always came up with zero. Seems to be some hearts in there too but I have left them in.
I followed this recipe:
Except I used dried herbs and a lime instead of lemon as that was all I had.
So far so good. Just need to make some crackers to eat it with now!
