• 2 ripe bananas
  • 3 free range eggs
  • 130gms of almond flour
  • 1.5 TBS raw honey
  • (1 tsp baking soda)
  • Optional 70gms walnuts chopped
    Or 70gm dark choc chips

Cooking instructions:

  • Pre-heat oven to 180oC
  • Mix all ingredients together in a food processor (except walnuts/choc chips)
  • Add chopped walnuts and mix well. Pour into lined loaf tin.
  • Place in centre of oven for 25-30mins
  • Leave to cool forĀ  few minutes before removing from cake tin and placing on a rack to cool completely
